2. How We Use Information
Collected information is used exclusively to:
- Execute and track workflow steps.

- Transmit reports securely to your organization’s backend environment.
- Improve app stability, resolve bugs, and enhance user experience.
3. Data Storage & Hosting
- Reports, inputs, media, and authentication data are stored in Microsoft Azure, hosted in countries inside and outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States of America.
- Each customer organization operates in a dedicated tenant environment, ensuring strict separation of data between organizations.
- Data is encrypted during transmission (HTTPS) and at rest.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses trusted third-party services to ensure reliability and functionality:
We do not use third-party advertising or marketing SDKs.
5. Data Sharing
- Data is shared only with your organization through its tenant environment.
- We do not sell, rent, or disclose your data to third parties for marketing or advertising.
- Third-party processors (Azure, Firebase) process data solely to support hosting, authentication, and crash reporting.
6. Data Retention
- Reports, inputs, and photos are retained in accordance with your organization’s data retention policies.
- Locally stored data on the device is deleted after successful upload to the backend.
7. Children’s Privacy
This App is intended for professional and business use only.
